    The High Commission for Human Rights in Iraq called, this evening, Tuesday, on the Basra Provincial Council to hold an emergency session regarding the hit-and-run accident to which the students were exposed, while UNICEF and the European Union mission expressed their condolences over the tragedy.[/size]
    [size=45]The Office of the Human Rights Commission in Basra said in a statement, “We call on the Provincial Council to hold an emergency session to develop urgent solutions regarding many of the roads that are considered pedestrian crossings in many locations, including north of Basra, in front of universities and schools, and other roads that are less commonly called (roads of death), such as the road.” “FAO.”[/size]
