Representative Talib Al-Yasari announced today, Wednesday, that official approvals had been obtained to transfer the Al-Dora refinery in Baghdad with all its production lines to the Jurf Al-Nasr area, north of Babil Governorate.

The leftist told Al-Maalouma, “The project will be the beginning of the birth of the Great Babylon Refinery, which will create job opportunities for citizens, revive the economy, and secure oil and other products.”
He pointed out that "the mechanisms for transporting the refinery will be approved by the Ministry of Oil, according to timing and a comprehensive vision."
The Doura Refinery was established more than 70 years ago, and it is one of the most famous refineries in Iraq, as it is characterized by the largest production capacity in Iraq. End 25
