Parliament will hold its meeting in the presence of 183 deputies, and the agenda is devoid of important laws
BAGHDAD / obelisk: The Council of Representatives, on Tuesday, its 24 in the presence of 183 deputies and the Presidency Saleem al-Jubouri and his two deputies, while the agenda of the meeting included the constitutional right of the members of the Council who hold government positions and replacements for them, and readings of six bills performance.
The agenda included a first reading of the draft scientific and technical consulting office in the Ministry of Science and Technology Law, by the Commission on Higher Education, which includes 16 articles, as well as the first reading of the draft Iraqi Academy of Sciences Act, consisting of 33 articles by the Commission on Higher and legal culture and media education.
The agenda also includes the first reading of the draft reform law reviews and depositors, consisting of 54 articles by the Labour and Social Affairs, the Committee for the legal, for security and defense committee, the Commission on Human Rights. And also includes the first reading of the draft universities and colleges, civil law, by the Higher Education Commission and the Legal Committee consists of 56 items.
It also includes the agenda of the meeting, the second reading of the draft law on ratification of economic and trade, scientific and technical cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Armenia Convention on the Law, by the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Committee on the economy, investment, and consists of two articles, along with the first reading of the draft labor law, which is set by the Action Committee Affairs Social Committee and the institutions of civil society, and consists of 157 items.
Did not include the agenda, important draft laws pertaining to the federal budget for 2014, but Akanon oil and gas, and the laws relating to the powers of the provinces and its relation with the federal government and Akanon Union, which draws the country's policy board, and other important laws.
