    Information/Baghdad...
Member of the Parliamentary Economic and Investment Committee, Mohammed Radhi, confirmed on Wednesday that his committee stands against the project of sending Iraqi oil to the Zionist entity via the Basra-Aqaba pipeline, pointing out the importance of Al-Sudani clarifying the project and the reasons that prompted him to propose it.
Radhi told Al-Maalouma Agency, "The transfer of Iraqi oil to the Zionist entity through the Aqaba pipeline is something that is completely rejected and cannot be accepted at all, regardless of the circumstances or pressures that Iraq faces."
He added, "The Prime Minister is required to clarify the Aqaba pipeline and why he went ahead with this project, the reasons that pushed him towards such a project, and the feasibility of proceeding with it."
He pointed out that "Al-Sudani's options to increase Iraqi oil export outlets may be a positive step, but that the project sends oil to the Zionist entity is something that cannot be pursued at all and will be rejected before it is implemented." End 25N
