The parliamentary Oil, Gas and Natural Resources Committee seeks to invest the full hydrocarbon wealth in all governorates.
Committee member Adnan Al-Jaberi told Al-Sabah: Iraq is a safe and attractive environment for investment, explaining that some people’s talk about the presence of terrorist groups in areas previously invaded by ISIS gangs is false and far from reality.
