Shafaq News / The Minister of Labour and Social Affairs , Mohammad Shyaa al-Sudani said that Iraq is looking forward to an ongoing partnership with the World Bank to work
on a future program of work that establishes a vision of social protection

Al-Sudani said during his participation in the final review on social protection with the World Bank in Istanbul that despite financial challenges experienced by Iraq, but the government and parliament are determined to provide material and moral potentials for the implementation of social protection Act No. 11 of 2014
.
He explained that the Ministry of Labour will make changes in administrations, capacity and even the systems and procedures in order to provide suitable application of the law and to develop a strategy for Social Insurance for companies to adapt and build capacity and future perceptions
.
It is worth mentioning that the minister headed an Iraqi delegation to participate in the final review of technical support and strategic views on social protection with the World Bank in Istanbul for the period from 17 up to 19 of November of this month
