    The law also stipulates addressing the damages and negative effects left by these crimes, granting the necessary rights to survivors and all those covered by the provisions of the law, rehabilitating and integrating them into society, compensating them materially and morally, and preventing the crimes they were subjected to from being repeated in the future, in addition to allocating retirement salaries for them, providing a plot of land, educating them, and granting them a share of public sector jobs.

After proving that the survivor is covered by the law, she receives a monthly salary of 800,000 Iraqi dinars."
