[ltr] (Independent) ... the Council of Ministers decided to authorize the head of the agency, Sami al-Araji, the Investment Authority, the validity of the signature on the Settlement of Investment between the states and the citizens of other countries, conflicts agreement.[/ltr]
[ltr] The prime minister's office said in a statement received by the (independent) said Tuesday that "the Council of Ministers held its regular 16-chaired by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi," noting that "the Council decided to authorize the President of the National Authority for Investment Agency Sami Raouf al-Araji, the validity of the signature on the Settlement of Investment Disputes Agreement between states and citizens of other countries, according to the provisions of Article (80 / item VI) of the Constitution. [ltr] "The Council agreed to the Foreign Ministry to prepare a document authorization required on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to the President of the National Authority for Investment Agency in accordance with the contexts approved, and submitted to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the prime minister."
