    Empowered
    by the Council of Ministers, Ministry of transport, management of all
    civil aircraft contracts signed by the Ministry of finance, and
    authorized the Chairman of the national investment Commission authority
    to negotiate and sign the draft Convention on the promotion and
    protection of investment between Iraq and Italy.

    And the General
    Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in a statement issued today, and
    received "alsumaria news", "the Council of Ministers approved today,
    the Department of transport management of all civil aircraft contracts
    signed by the Ministry of finance, as the competent transport sector,
    with the abolition of the Committee competent to manage the contracts
    with Boeing Company webombarder.

    It added that "the Council also
    authorized the Chairman of the national investment Commission authority
    to negotiate and sign the draft agreement on investment promotion and
    protection between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the
    Government of the Italian Republic and its supplement".

    It added
    that "the Council approved the recommendations of the Iraqi negotiator
    for the settlement of loans granted by the Fund for the external
    development of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania on the basis of the
    provisions of paragraph (11) of section IV of the Financial
    Administration Act and the public debt (95) of 2004 to cancel all
    accrued interest on government loans and loans to fund development of
    foreign (30.6) million dollars scheduled principal on government loans
    and loans to foreign Development Fund and $ (52.666.000) $ over 30 years
    with (5) Years including a period of neglect with annual interest
    calculation on the scheduled amount ratio (0.75)% and the amount paid on
    account of the Central Bank of Iraq ".

    The Cabinet Secretariat
    said in a statement that "the Council has agreed to authorize the
    Minister of justice the power to negotiate and sign agreements with
    Tunisia projects, Yemen and Algeria.
