Majlis deputies to vote on bills and finish reading the four bills

Majlis deputies voted twenty-second minutes, which was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Salim al-President of the Council and in the presence of deputies on Monday 03/16/2015 the laws regarding finished reading the four bills and began the second reading of the labor law.

The Board completed the first reading of the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to eradicate the illicit trade in tobacco products to the Convention on the WHO Framework regarding tobacco control and submitted by the committees of foreign affairs, health and the environment relations protocol Law in order to eliminate all forms of illicit trade in tobacco products, according to the provisions of Article 15 of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.
The Board completed the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention in the field of environmental protection between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the State of Kuwait and submitted by the Committees on Foreign Relations and the health and environment for coordination in the field of protecting and improving the environment and conserving natural resources and sustainable development between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the State of Kuwait law.
Council first reading and completed a project to preserve the documents submitted by the legal and Culture and Information Committees Act, which aims to achieve transitional justice requirements and the development of the means of maintaining Iraq's historical memory, the mouthpiece of the values and national heritage and respond to the changes taking place in the area of documentation, archiving and find a mechanism for the various classes of documents and take advantage of them.
