    constitutional or unconstitutional after the mandates of the three
    presidencies originally believe its constitutionality.

    In the
    meantime parliamentary source said earlier that the Federal Court has

    House of representatives formally true, he can challenge the law after
    its publication in the Official Gazette.

    The House of
    representatives voted at its January 26, past the three presidencies
    mandate law despite the objections of members of the State of law
    coalition led by Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to vote, on the grounds
    that the law is illegal and unconstitutional, declaring their intention
    to appeal the decision in Federal Court. With this law, Prime Minister
    Nouri al-Maliki to run for a third term.
