    BAGHDAD
    / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network of (IMN) - approached the
    Supreme National Committee for Atomic Energy Iraqi Mphatanha
    International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) formally to assist in
    counseling to provide some of the equipment to be used in acts of
    dismantling and liquidation of Tammuz 2, while suggesting that the door
    presentations for companies specialized to dismantle and filter reactor
    July 14 will close the end of the month.


    Committee Chairman Fouad al-Moussawi's (IMN) "The Angels specialized
    work began dismantling and liquidation of Tammuz 2, and yesterday
    approached the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to help in
    consulting on some specialized equipment to be used in operations in the
    dismantling of the nuclear reactor."

    He added that "it was also demand from the French side to provide assistance in this area."


    Moussawi continued that "the terms of reactor July 14 and has invited
    six international companies specialized subject of dismantling and
    liquidation, and the invitation is open to other companies until the end
    of this month."


    And that "the ministry conducted an analysis of the presentations of
    their companies after about a year and a half of correspondence and
    overtures between the Ministry and companies specialized in the field of
    dismantling and liquidation."


    The National Committee of the Iraqi Atomic Energy Agency has sent
    earlier memorandum of understanding to the Russian side especially
    nuclear issue and include the most prominent points provide Iraq with
    information and maps reactor July 14 or the so-called Russian reactor.


    Iraqi authorities are conducting more than five years dismantling and
    liquidation of devastating nuclear sites across the country and the most
    prominent of the Tuwaitha site in Baghdad and a number of nuclear
    reactors.
