    BAGHDAD / Sky Press: saw political analyst Fadel Abu loaf, Monday, the prime minister Haider al-Abadi package of new reforms will prevent the collapse of the state, pointing out that the President of the Parliament Saleem al-Jubouri will be supportive of those reforms.

    Said Abu loaf for "Sky Press," that "Iraq is not broken down to the fact that the state is a security services and there is relative security and services and clear the State to the public utilities and common facilities of upbringing and education, health and defense these are all almost ministries of service," pointing out that "there additional reforms will be conducted by Abadi package. "

    Sounds like the reforms are going forward, just that the different parties are still grandstanding in my opinion.
