    The Office of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, that Iraq will continue to inspect planes and trucks headed to Syria to ensure that transfers of arms to the parties to the conflict there.
    Iraqi channel said in its story that "Iraq will continue to inspect planes and trucks that cross the airspace and territory of Iraq."
    "This procedure is to prevent the transfer of arms to the parties to the conflict in Syria."
    Christopher John Kerry said during a news conference in Baghdad (24 March 2013) after meeting with Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, told the latter that "Iranian planes flying and carrying weapons to Syria over Iraqi airspace is a problem."
    The Iraqi Government, (2 October 2012), allowing an Iranian cargo plane heading to Syria after inspection, making sure not to transfer weapons, while Iranian Embassy to Iraq, (5 November 2012), they informed the Iraqi authorities that her aircraft bound for inspection of Syria "contrary to the principles of good-neighbourliness, as a step to spread fear and tendentious propaganda against Iran by the United States.
    Syria has reportedly since (March 15, 2011), popular protest movement started by raising demands for reform and democracy and ended by calling for the fall of the regime and the militarization of the revolution after bloody violence drew unprecedented by Syrian security forces and "militiamen, killing more than 70,000 people dead, according to United Nations Statistics, and displace more than a million Syrian refugees abroad and displaced about 2.5 million people in the country along with tens of thousands missing, wounded and arrested, while authorities accused Syrian "terrorist" groups of being behind the violence.

    I don't know if they ever will quit fighting over there. They have been for several thousand years you know. But maybe having money will keep them busy and not getting so mad all of the time.
