    He stressed the economic expert on behalf of Jamil Antoine, on Wednesday, the need for Iraq to 180 thousand units per year to meet the population growth in the country, stressing the need to activate the investment to compensate for the scarcity of money.
    Antoine said during the interview, said that "Iraq needs a year to 180 thousand housing units to meet the growing population in Iraq," noting that "there are an estimated one million people yearly increase."
    Antoine said, that "Iraq is now hungry for investment environment, and there is no country like Iraq, where investments", calling for "the need to revitalize and increase investment to compensate for the scarcity of money suffered by the country."
    It is noteworthy that Iraq suffers from a severe housing crisis due to the growing number of Iraq's population, compared with the number of residential complexes, in addition to the inability of citizens with limited income from the construction of its own housing units because of the high cost of land and construction materials.
