    Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Hussain al-Shahristani, called on the United Nations to support countries in the area of curriculum and supporting peaceful coexistence.
    A statement by the Ministry quoted al- Shahristani as saying in his speech at the dialogue session held at the Faculty of Arts, University of Baghdad, on the occasion of the World Week for harmony among religions, which is sponsored by the United Nations UNAMI in Iraq, “said that the United Nations is invited to support the countries supporting the peaceful coexistence and acceptance of others through its oversight to comprehensive programs to change those thoughts with another call for peaceful coexistence among all religions, and strengthening the foundations of mutual understanding which is the main pillar of the establishment of peace in the communities in dialogue. “
    He The Minister of Higher Education called on all the intellectuals, scholars and clerics to engage in dialogue in order to reach ways to encourage the community of ideas that incite for hatred and violence. / End
