    BAGHDAD / Electronic righteousness

Entered the United States on the line persistent crisis between Baghdad and the region where he held consultant and U.S. Secretary of State Brett Makourk a series of meetings with a number of officials in Baghdad, in the forefront of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, to visit in two days to meet with the President of Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani.

And said Makourk during a meeting with a number of journalists at the embassy in Baghdad, said that "His visit comes as part of a complete U.S. efforts to resolve the crises, most notably the dispute between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government."

He added that "Washington and sent letters to all the political blocs requests need to make concessions and discuss differences according to constitutional and legal frameworks."

He pointed out that "to resolve differences between Baghdad and Erbil is necessary at this stage," referring to the "four points of controversy, payments to the oil companies, and the application of Article 140 in the disputed areas, and the question forces the Tigris, and the payment of the Peshmerga."

The problem is the GOV of Kurdistan can see thru the federal government. This is what I am taking from it. IMHO, the federal government is ran by the jykells, the evil system, like the rest of the world. I do not think Kurdistan can with stain the federal government. Which means it will play out as we want in following the money. I am pretty sure this is what is happening with their differences.
