[ltr]Confirmed the Ministry of Electricity, on Monday, it's complaining about the weakness of the investment budget for the current year, noting that this impact on our warm-next summer.[/ltr]
[ltr]A spokesman for the Ministry of Electricity Musab teacher's / balances News /, "The ministry suffers greatly from a lack of investment budgets over the last two years and this," noting that "we need in 2015 was 12 trillion dinars, while we were provided with 3 trillion only in accordance with the budget law ".[/ltr]
[ltr]He said the teacher, that "within the 2016 budget and put the federal budget amount for us (one trillion one hundred and eighty-five billion dinars)," stressing that "this represents 10% of the need for the ministry."[/ltr]
[ltr]He pointed out that "the ministry of uncertain not to launch these amounts it enough," explaining that "all these things will impact negatively on our own preparations for next summer."[/ltr]
[ltr]Iraq has suffered from weakness and deterioration of electric power since 2003, as there is still the existence of cutting programmer energy as well as the delay in electricity projects, because of the financial and administrative rampant corruption in state institutions.[/ltr]
