    The Oil Ministry announced, yesterday, that it would put the foundation stone for its first investment refinery in Iraq's Maysan province, as shown that the production capacity of the refinery will be 150 thousand barrels per day, confirmed its intention to set up Msfian in Dhi Qar and Kirkuk. 
    A spokesman for the Oil Ministry, Assem Jihad, said in an interview to (long-Presse), "the ministry will celebrate on Thursday laid the foundation stone for the first investment refinery in Iraq in the province of Maysan." 
    Jihad said that "coalition composed of Chinese and Swiss company will carry out the project under the name of international refinery in Maysan company", noting that "the refinery It will have a capacity of 150,000 barrels per day. " He continued that "the refinery will fill part of the local actual need of oil products of high quality." The spokesman for the Ministry of Oil that "work Bmcefy Karbala, which is implemented by a coalition of Korean companies is still in the surface installations," noting that "this project is implemented from the funds of the federal budget and the need for continuity of funding for the continuation of work done." 
    The Jihad that "the ministry planned to implement the province of Dhi Qar refinery capacity of 300 thousand barrels per day and refinery in the province of Kirkuk capacity of 150 thousand barrels per day. "
