    He said Younis, that "Basra airport became of installations that achieve significant financial revenue for the country," stressing that "the airport has achieved financial revenue over the past year in 2015, amounted to 11 billion dinars difference of 3.5 billion dinars for the year 2014 and seven billion dinars for the year 2013, at a rate travelers It amounted to 900 thousand passengers. "
    Younis revealed, that "the rate of passengers through the airport reached during the last two months about 110 thousand passengers," attributing the cause to "security and stability in the province of Basra and the high number of flights from the province to the Arab and foreign cities."
