" he added that he" had previously demanded toopen a special account to maintain by the Ministry of Finance for the collection ofimports derived from public squares at border crossing points, which are estimated at {100} million dinars days to fund the service sectors in the province , adding that the Ministry of Finance refused to open the account . " as Mamouri called for" supporting strategic projects which are prejudice to direct the lives of citizens ,including pure streams of the project , which resulted in the delay to make a major damage and paralyze reconstruction movement in other service sectors, as well as the events of flooding and damage to diseases caused by sewage leaks ".anthy
