" 
    He attributed Hindawi reasons for the high monthly inflation index to the " vulnerable to rising indices of anumber of departments, including clothing and footwear sections, housing, and communication prices rose 0.2% each, and the health department prices rose by 0.8% and recreation department by 0.7 % , "returned to" high annual inflation index compared to February 2015 has come because of the high section of food and beverage prices of non - alcoholic beverages by 0.1% and rising Department of housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel prices by 1.9%, and the Department of tobacco increased by 7%. " 
    Hindawi said the "most departments have witnessed a rise in rates during the month of February, causing high inflation index compared with February of last year in 2015 , " pointing out that " the Department ofhousehold furnishings and equipment prices rose 1.7%, the prices of the Health Department rose by 6.7% . " . 
    Hindawi stressed that " the communications department have witnessed a remarkable increase in the rates during the month of February, it reached 10.5%, while the total height of the transport section rates (4.2%), while the Department of Education prices rose 5.8%, and prices of restaurants division rose 3.3%, stressing that " the price survey did not include the provinces of Anbar, Nineveh and Salahuddin to the difficult security situation there."
