    Received Foreign Minister Ibrahim al - Jaafari , on Wednesday, a copy of thecredentials of the Ambassador leaves China 's new to Baghdad Chen Wei Qing, stressing the importance of coordination to increase the volume of trade with Beijing, while pointing Ambassador to the Chinese government seeks to raise the level ofassistance this year by 160 million yuan to Iraq which is the third most Arab partner with China.
     
     
    Said Jaafari's office said in a statement Alsumaria News received a copy of it, "Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari received today a copy of credentials of the new Chinese ambassador to Baghdad leaves Chen Weiqing," explaining that "The meeting reviewed the progress of bilateral relations between Baghdad and Beijing, and ways of strengthening them in the interest of the two friendly peoples. " 
     
    He Jaafari, according to the statement, " the Foreign Ministry is ready to provide all support for the success of the diplomatic mission in Baghdad mission , " stressing " theimportance of cooperation and coordination to increase the volume of trade exchange with the availability of opportunities, many investment prospects in Iraq ."
     
    He pointed out that "Iraq is looking forward to establish better relations with China, and to benefit from their expertise in many areas," praising "China's attitude towards Iraq through humanitarian support, and support in international forums and conferences."
     
    For his part, Ambassador of China, Mr. Chen Wei Qing, "his country's keenness to establish a strategic economic relations with Iraq," noting that "the volume of trade over the past year has reached more than 20 billion dollars."
     
    The ambassador, that "Iraq is the third most partner in the Arab world with China, stressing the continuation of Beijing supported Baghdad in many areas, especially humanitarian, and service, including the electricity sector, and telecommunications," noting that "humanitarian support volume during last year reached 100 million CNY".
     
    The ambassador, that "the Chinese government to raise the level of assistance this year by 160 million yuan," expected to "hit this month, the first batch of them."
     
    The Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari search on Sunday (February 14, 2016), former Chinese Ambassador to Iraq and Wang Yong evolution is "significant" in the bilateral relations between the two countries, with the two sides stressed the need to make more efforts to promote.
