[ltr]First - if you can not do the president or his deputy duties assume the presidency of the Council is elected temporarily majority of those present for the hearing itself 0[/ltr]
[ltr]M 12 Second: The Council of Representatives can remove any member of the board of his presidency according to the law 0[/ltr]
[ltr]7 m from the replacement of members of the House of Representatives Law No. 6 of 2006[/ltr]
