[ltr][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]BAGHDAD - Iraq Press - April 20 / April: Roy Ahmed Mahjoub , a media adviser to House Speaker Salim al - Jubouri , the circumstances of the events extraordinary session of parliament ,which took place on Tuesday.
Mahjoub said in a statement, said , "Based on thepresident 's initiative (Fuad Masum), and includedthe call to the meeting in accordance with theconstitutional prerogatives, and in addition to that contained a roadmap attended the parliamentary majority response to this call."
He added that " the majority of deputies entered the overall session, but the House ofRepresentatives ( the protesters) Vtm took theopportunity to install a quorum to take advantage of the chance of having a majority, MP Adnan al - Janabi went up to the platform of the presidency unlike the agreement."
