The prosecution requested that the post of President of the Republic on OK to law

(159) of 1979, as amended.
But Kurdish deputies opposed this request,
said Khaled shawani, Chairman of the parliamentary legal Committee that
requested the prosecution unconstitutional constitutional irregularity
is incompatible with the principle of separation of powers.
