    a member of the parliamentary Economic Committee, the continued
    depreciation of the Iraqi dinar against the US dollar for "non-issue".

    Committee
    member Amer said the winning agency {forat news} "low rate of the Iraqi
    dinar against the dollar is abnormal and may lie behind the goals."

    The
    winner said that "a meeting was held with the Central Bank on the issue
    of selling the currency in the market and agreed to sell the dollar for
    delegates and pilgrims and those proceedings had not fulfilled its
    purpose because the price is still erratic despite Central Bank
    announced it would raise the value of the dinar against the dollar but
    there are mafias are dealing with the dollar."

    And that "so far
    did not know the dimensions of this oscillation but must be a handle to
    this position or the Bank bears responsibility for that."
