[ltr]He said the Parliamentary Integrity Commission member Adel Nouri, said on Sunday that Iraq has lost billions of dollars as a result of the licenses concluded by former oil minister Hussein al-Shahristani, contracts with foreign companies, while noting that the Federal Court will decide the extent of the damage, which affected the oil sector at the time.[/ltr]
