    [rtl]The head of the parliamentary bloc Badr Qasim al-Araji, the government to end the proxy appointment and send the names of team leaders and above file to the parliament for a vote, while stressing the need not to "procrastination" by the government under the pretext of the country's circumstances.[/rtl]
