Cabinet decides to develop the Basra refinery and directs budget funded medical evacuation and rehabilitation of hospitals

The Cabinet decided on Tuesday to approve the development of the Basra refinery and add two hydrogenation, and address the Japanese government for a loan for the second installment of the project, and in the face of the Ministry of Finance funded budget of medical evacuation to the Ministry of Health in the amount of ten million dollars, while the allocated five billion dinars to perpetuate the refugee camps in Anbar.
Information Office of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, said in a statement received (range Press), a copy of which, "The Council decided at its regular meeting chaired by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, held today, to approve the development of the Basra refinery and add two hydrogenation, and address the Japanese government to get a loan for the second installment of the project and the new addition, and in accordance with legal procedures. "
The statement added, "The Council allocated five billion dinars from the principal amount of ten dedicated to the perpetuation of camps for displaced people in Anbar province billion, and implement service projects in addition to the custom for this purpose amounts," he returned that "the decision comes to restoring stability to the Anbar province."
The statement continued, "The Board decided that the Ministry of Finance, will fund the budget medical evacuation to the Ministry of Health with $ ten million dollars and rehabilitation of hospitals inside Iraq and bring in specialists and hardware developed for the treatment inside Iraq, for the purpose of the continuity of the treatment of the wounded and sick away from home".
