Sumo: Efforts to solve oil problems between Erbil and Baghdad
Twilight News / announced the director of the Iraqi National Oil Marketing Company "Sumo", said on Sunday that there are new efforts are being made in order to reach an agreement between Arbil and Baghdad aimed at resolving the oil and gas issue, pointing out that the agreement would be in the interest of both sides, while the provincial government announced its willingness to engage in dialogue in this regard.
The Director General of the company Falah Amer in a press statement, seen by Twilight News, that the efforts being made to bring together the views of the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government of view, hoping the success of these endeavors.
He added that the agreement if it is in the best interests of both sides and in the service of the Iraqi people.
With provincial government spokesman Sven Dzia stressed that the government is always ready for dialogue with Baghdad to reach an agreement between the two sides.
And on the same subject said an expert in law and oil contracts Zahir Majid in a press statement that is very difficult to sign a comprehensive agreement between the two parties and Nags because a great many problems, which are mostly related to the issue of control of oil and his administration.
