    Issued the Iraqi Foreign Ministry, on Thursday, for clarification on the visit by Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Moualem to Baghdad, saying it came in response to an invitation by the Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari.
    He said the ministry's spokesman Ahmad Jamal in a statement received by the agency / information / copy of it, "The visit of Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Moualem to Baghdad, came in response to the invitation issued by his foreign minister, Dr. Ibrahim al-Jaafari."
    He said the beauty, that "the teacher will be during the visit, meetings with the President and the Prime Minister in addition to his talks with the Foreign Minister about the issues of common concern."

    Arrived Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Moallem, on Thursday, to the capital Baghdad in the first visit of its kind since the Syrian crisis in 2011.
    An informed source told / information /, "The teacher arrived at noon today, to Baghdad International Airport and was greeted by Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari."
    The source added that "the teacher will meet with a number of Iraqi officials to discuss the Syrian crisis and the war against terrorism."
    It should be noted that the visit of the teacher is the first of its kind for senior Syrian official to visit Iraq since the Syrian crisis ended in March 2011. / 25
