    [ltr]He said a member of the Iraqi delegation to UNESCO Ali al-Lami, Monday, rising domestic tourism activity rates in the marshes, and had been expecting activity of foreign tourists with the improvement in the weather, while among the marshes need up to 50 billion dinars, an initial boost to the revitalization of some of the general principles for the sustainability of tourism in the marshes of Iraq.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He said al-Lami's / balances News /, that "Iraq sent a full plan for the development of the Iraqi marshlands and the effects have been included by UNESCO on the World Heritage List."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He added that "the plan requires the cooperation of several ministries, including tourism, environment, agriculture and water resources," noting that "the plan need to be amended following the merger of some ministries in action."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He Lami, noted that "domestic tourism in the marshes saw improved demand during the recent period," expected "Activity foreign tourism with the weather improves in the coming period."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He called al-Lami to "create some public facilities such as hotels and others to provide convenience for foreign tourists to be attracted to the country and the formation of a special deal with marshes and effects that have been included on the World Heritage List body element."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He explained that "the marshes and the effects need financial allocations from the budgets of the ministries both within its competence in addition to nearly 50 billion initial impetus to the development of some public utilities and protection of the marshes and the effects that have been included on the World Heritage List."[/ltr]
    [ltr]UNESCO voted earlier, the inclusion of the Iraqi marshlands and the effects of Uruk and Ur on the list Heritage Alaalmi.anthy 29/33 h[/ltr]
