Parliament reveals the reason for the delay reform, "electronic voting system."

Said Youkhana's "Eye of Iraq News" that " the reason for delaying the reform , " the electronic voting system "due to lack of spare parts in the local markets in addition to the lack of financial allocations," adding that " the parliament had addressed the manufacturer of the system in order to send spare parts and still we are waiting. "
He explained Parliament rapporteur that the "secret ballot raises the pressure heads of the blocks of the members of the House of Representatives , " noting that " the process of voting on the dismissal of Defense Minister Khaled al - Obeidi has been the center of a high atmosphere of transparency and democracy and under the supervision of two decisions of Parliament and members of the General Commission of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives."
The MP for the coalition of Iraqi forces had tipped the olive - Dulaimi, on Tuesday, the adoption of the secret ballot to vote on the dismissal of Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari or not, attributed the reason for it to "malfunction" voting machines, while confirming the intention of the House of Representatives to work away from the political blocs and "control of their heads."
