    He bin Helli, said in a press conference attended by the "morning", that the Arab Ministerial will see a special session on the situation in Syria with the participation of UN special envoy to Syria , Staffan de Mistura , where he will brief the foreign ministers on the political moves about the current crisis and related humanitarian aspects. 
    Ben Helli said: the Council will review the report of the Secretary General of the Arab League concerning the activities of the General Secretariat between sessions convened, in addition to the report of the body monitoring the implementation of the decisions of Nouakchott summit and the items that are to begin implementation in accordance with the Nouakchott declaration, also reviews for the first time for the Arab human rights Committee report the human rights situation in the Arab world, and the appointment of the chairman of the permanent Arab Committee for human rights, along with a number of financial and administrative reports submitted by the relevant committees. 
    on the Palestinian issue, Ambassador Ben Helli said that Pierre Krenpol Commissioner General of the Relief and Works Agency for Palestine refugees "UNRWA "will deliver aspeech to the Arab Ministerial on the fiscal deficit suffered by the agency and theimportance of support to continue its role in providing services to Palestinian refugees in places five operations.
