Member of the Committee on the economy and investment the National Alliance MP Amer winner, the importance of the use of United States to extend immunity to Iraqi financial assets in the Development Fund for Iraq for the United Nations to protect them from the risks encountered by some States.
A winner (News Agency): that Iraq recently managed to get out of a lot of paragraphs of Chapter VII and what little remained, and the debt of some countries and global corporations, noting that Iraqi money deposited abroad without protection will be presenting and booking.
He added: the use of Iraq by the United States at this time was necessary to protect the country's funds, while Iraq recover and reach agreement to end problems with some countries and companies which demands the proclamation of their debts to Iraq.
Washington has informed Baghdad that u.s. President Barack Obama agreed to extend immunity to Iraqi financial assets in the Development Fund for Iraq at the United Nations and the balance of the Central Bank of Iraq
