    [rtl]Oil prices continued to rise on Thursday, benefiting from the continued decline in US oil inventories, for the third consecutive week.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]And it stepped up WTI prices, futures 0.47 cents to $ 45.81 a barrel, by at 03:01 GMT.[/rtl]
