Abadi: There is no intention for the secession of Kurdistan from Iraq

    News / Baghdad
He stressed Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Tuesday, the lack of intention by the Kurdistan region to secede from Iraq, surprisingly, from the issuance of calls for a referendum on the future of the region, while stressing the need for a "clear policy" with Erbil to ensure the survival of a unified Iraq.
Ebadi said during a news conference in Baghdad attended by Alsumaria News, he said that "There is no intention for the secession of Kurdistan from Iraq and wondering why call for a referendum," pointing out that "the international community wants to see a united Iraq and must follow a clear policy with Kurdistan to achieve this."

Abadi said "we are working in the dark and do not know where to go and imports of oil," he "to ensure that there is transparency in dealing with the region."
It was Barzani called earlier, Kurdish politicians to take action soon to unite the political attitude towards the referendum and independence in the region, while expressed his refusal to sacrifice the "right to self-determination" for the "partisan conflicts."
