    Al-Moussawi said, that "the province of Basra, heading toward the establishment of economic and investment projects to overcome the financial crisis and search for revenues benefit the province," noting that "investment Aanzer to yield rent the land as a consequence basis but it is economic returns in general and the entry of investors and capital and their investment in The province". 
    He expressed his Directorate-Moussawi ready for "providing facilities to create land for investors, as well as tax breaks stipulated by the Investment Facility, as well as encourage the entry of investors in order to get the economy moving from the door of investment law." 
    The Basra Investment Commission signed, on Wednesday (28 September 2016), five decades investment value of $ 64 million includes several sectors in the province, and as pointed out that the projects back "local investors preferred to invest" in Basra, Izzat Rehabilitation Committee to maintain open investment door-to-government projects stopped.
