And also pointed out that "Iraq faces a problem of the proliferation of slums in most cities and provinces, the ministry has developed a roadmap to address this problem in cooperation with the United Nations Human Settlements include the construction of residential complexes alternative to slums, and this represents an opportunity to enter specialized in construction Hinkarah companies to set up such Bklv complexes and low - lying. "
