Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers instructed to erect a monument for the mass grave martyrs in each province includes a mass grave.The Secretariat General of the Cabinet reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Secretariat General instructed the Ministry of Human Rights and the Martyrs Foundation through Public Relation and Citizens Affairs Directorate to establish a martyr’s monument to commemorate martyrs of mass graves in each province contains one.””The project will also include a mosque and museum in cooperation with Ministry of Human Rights and Martyrs Foundation,” the statement added. \END\
