    BAGHDAD / obelisk: Honest Iraqi parliament, on Wednesday, the Convention on the training of security with NATO and passed the First Amendment to the order of CPA No. 87, while embarked Rep. high Nassif campaign of collecting signatures for not passing agreements with Kuwait only through voting by the government and the House of Representatives.



    The reporter said, "obelisk" in the Alnwal that the Iraqi parliament approved minutes held on Wednesday, on the draft law on ratification of the Convention on training Iraqi security forces between the Republic of Iraq and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), which was passed a draft law of the First Amendment to the order of CPA No. ( 87) for the year 2004 with the aim of canceling the competent administrative court affairs complaints and disputes arising on the award of public contracts by the institution.



    The MP added that the high Nassif began a campaign of collecting signatures in order not to pass the agreements with Kuwait only through voting by the government and the House of Representatives.



    The MP explained that the high Nassif began collecting signatures of Representatives for the purpose of committing the government and parliament to vote on the agreements that are concluded with Kuwait.



    And between it intends to send a request to the presidency of the parliament after the completion of signatures for the proposal to a vote not to accept the signature of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any other agency agreements with Kuwait without reference to parliament and the government.



    And Iraq and Kuwait signed six memoranda of understanding during the visit of Prime Minister of Kuwait to Iraq belonging to work institutes diplomats in the two countries and an executive program on cultural affairs, the environment and higher education, air transport and economic and technical cooperation.

    Urgent .. parliament voted to ratify the Convention on Iraq and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization [NATO]



    Tuesday, June 18, 2013  [Baghdad where]
     House of Representatives voted on the Convention on the Law of Iraq and NATO NATO to train Iraqi security forces.

     A parliamentary source told all of Iraq [where] today, "it was the vote to ratify the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the training of Iraqi security forces between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization [NATO]."

     The Tuesday resumed its sessions after the end of the legislative recess to vote and reading a number of draft laws.

    The House of Representatives raise its [18] from last May to the end of the second legislative term of the third year of the parliamentary session, is due to hold the next parliamentary elections in June of next year 2014.

    The agenda of today's meeting included the vote on the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the training of Iraqi security forces between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization [NATO].
