According to the text of the law that he «build on what passed the House of Representatives and approved by the President of the Republic and based on the provisions of subsection [first] of Article [61] and section III of Article [73] of the Constitution, issued the following law:
Article 1 - ratification of the Convention train troops Iraqi security between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, which was signed in Brussels on 26 / July / 2009
