    He noted that "the Finance Committee is trying hard to increase non-oil revenues in the budget next year by activating certain procedures for taxation and customs."
    The head of the finance committee in parliament, Mohammed al-Halbusi, said, "The non-oil imports are installed in the budget in 2016 was estimated at nearly 12 trillion dinars, but that all departments and state institutions have not achieved the planned budget only tax authority."
