    He said al-Rubaie to, that "the head of the judiciary welcomed the ideas put forward and listened to the views and plans for the cooperative and the prospects for the next phase with the staff of the Supreme Judicial Council, welcomed the securities carried by the delegation of the President of the Union and the decision of the Conference, and Judge Mohamed Judge President of the Arab Council's customary to eliminate, over the future of commercial arbitration international in Iraq, and the willingness to fully regulate the relationship and cooperation with the EU plans, and graciously accepted the invitation of the Union to enrich the conference. "
