    The Ministry of Oil, that the visit of Egyptian Minister of Petroleum of Iraq culminated in an agreement to enhance bilateral cooperation and study the possibility of establishing joint ventures in the areas of drilling and services liquid gas, while the committee called for the parliamentary power to deal with Cairo to extend the pipeline to export oil through the Western Sahara.
    A spokesman for the Oil Ministry, Assem Jihad, said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The visit of the Egyptian Minister of Petroleum of Iraq resulted in the signing of a memorandum for the expansion of bilateral cooperation and the exchange of expertise and training and the formation of a committee to study the financial and legal aspects of the establishment of joint ventures in the areas of drilling," referring to "the agreement was to benefit from the Egyptian side, experience and mechanisms that owned the drilling operations."
    Jihad said that "the visit also resulted in an agreement on the formation of a committee to study the establishment of other joint Egyptian-Iraqi company to provide services in the liquid gas and deliver it to the homes of citizens and medical complexes, as well as liquid gas systems for cars equipped," noting that "the Iraqi Oil Ministry has called on Egyptian companies to investing in 12 oil fields and five refineries recently announced to invest. "
    The Minister of Petroleum and the Egyptian Mineral Resources, Tariq sect, arrived in Baghdad on Saturday, (29th of October now 2016), on an official visit, during which he met with senior Iraqi officials, led by President of the Republic, Fuad Masum, government, Haider al-Abadi, the head of National Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim.  
    For his part, member of the Parliamentary Committee on Energy Adel Khamis, that "the visit of the Egyptian Minister of Petroleum of Iraq was positive and resulted in important agreements of the two countries, especially on the possibility of re-laying pipeline to export oil through the Western Sahara."
    Said Adel Khamis, in an interview to the (long-Presse), said that "the issue of the export of oil from several best ports and one port may be used to put pressure on Iraq politically from neighboring countries," they returned to it, "the most important subject can be achieved by the visit."
    He said Khamis, "Egypt is an Arab country and usually views converged be among the Arab countries in many cases better than other countries," hoping that "the agreement with Egypt to reopen the pipeline to export oil through Egypt from the Western Sahara."
    He said a committee member, "we wished to yield the visit to agree on Egypt processing crude oil for re-refining, because it will contribute to solving many of the dilemmas," Msttrda that despite the "referral of the Ministry of Oil refineries several investors, but it will require a long time to re-oil refining and the manufacture of petroleum products needed by the country. "
    The Iraqi Oil Ministry, announced (26 October) the current, displaying 12 fields in central and southern Iraq for Development and Investment.
