A member of the provincial council in Basra, Sheikh Ahmad Al Sulaiti, today, that the province has not received any transferred the powers of the service ministries to local governments in the provinces of Iraq.
Sulaiti In an interview with "direction Press," said the 2017 budget included a clause in the event of the transfer of powers from the ministries to the provinces For the Ministry of Finance for that transfer of allocations to the ministry departments within the provincial and local government councils.
Sulaiti said that the controversy still exists between local governments and ministries on the transfer of powers that transmits and what if they are transferred administrative separation from the ministry or not.
He Sulaiti that duplication and overlap in the work if the rest of the departments did not detach from her ministry. He pointed out that there is a problem that the service departments realistic between two things are the local and federal government.
