    [ltr]President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi received today Engineer Qassim Fahdawi Iraqi Minister of Electricity, and the presence of Dr. Mohamed Shaker, Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The ambassador said Alaa Yousef official presidential spokesman said Iraqi Minister of Electricity transferred to the President the greetings of the leaders of Iraq and gratitude to the positions of Egypt supervising about Iraq, stressing the close ties that combine the two on the popular and official levels, and his country's keenness to intensify cooperation with Egypt in various fields.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Fahdawi confirmed his country's aspiration to benefit from the Egyptian experience in various sectors, especially the electricity sector, pointing to the existence of broad prospects for enhancing cooperation between the two countries in this sector and the implementation of joint projects in the fields of electricity and energy in the interests of the two countries.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Spokesman added that the president welcomed the Minister of Electricity of Iraq, and asked to convey his greetings to both Iraqi President Fuad Masum and Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi, affirming Egypt's support to the unity and sovereignty of Iraq over all its territory, and its commitment to support all efforts to restore security and stability and to proceed with the re-operation ages.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The president also pointed to Egypt's support for all sectors in Iraq, including the electricity sector, both through training and rehabilitation of Iraq's human resources, or through the provision of Egyptian expertise, referring to Egypt's keenness on strengthening cooperation with its brothers in Iraq in all fields.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Alaa Yousef said that the meeting witnessed held talk about a number of topics related to the development of cooperation between the two countries in the fields of electricity, energy and development in order to achieve the common interests of the two countries. It ended 29 / tc n[/ltr]
