Twilight News / Integrity Commission announced on Tuesday that achieved office in Al-Muthanna province, was able to recover about one billion dinars to the state treasury in cases involving amnesty law No. (27 of 2016) during the month of November only.
According to the Commission's office in the province, in a statement posted on the official website of the Commission, that the enrollment views Alamademien is the Ministry of Health and the Provincial Council and the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Communications, noting that the amounts recovered with respect to the Ministry of Health was (352,515,000) million, while the recovered amounts to the provincial council (600,000) thousand dinars.
The bureau added that the Ministry of Finance, the total recoveries where among the issues considered by the relevant office reached (42,30,000) million, while the Ministry of Communications have reached the amounts recovered (9,000,290,000) million.
It is noteworthy that the General Amnesty Law No. 27 of 2016 which was approved by the Iraqi parliament on 25.08.2016 had included some of its articles and paragraphs of the administrative and financial corruption cases, it provided that the convicted repaid what his trust funds.
