    Housing Fund confirmed that next year 's budget in 2017 did not include any financial allocations to him, showing his ability to fulfill the demands of borrowers who have made their transactions from the remainder of his prime minister 's initiative. 
    He said the fund manager, on behalf of Bahauddin, in an interview (long - Presse) that "in the coming 2017 budget did not include any of the housing fund financial allocations , " noting that " the fund will lend citizens through the remaining amount has from the Prime Minister 's initiative, Haider al - Abadi , which has been designated a nearly 850 billion dinars. " 
    He Bahauddin, that " the remaining amount of the initiative of 334 billion dinars , " noting that " a hundred billion dinars allocated for the Kurdistan region despite the lack of housing fund in the region." 
    He pointed to the Director of the Housing Fund "Fund meeting the requests of borrowers who have made their transactions has the ability , " pointing out that " the fund will depend on the receipt of new lending transactions after the exhaustion of the remaining amount has." 
    He explained Bahauddin, that " the Fund would approach the prime minister on the allocation of an additional amount to him , " revealing "no fund borrowing willingness of the central bank again , especially as the latter gives a repayment period of five years standing while the status of the Fund for the payment of standing ten years for borrowers him" .

    Iraqi cabinet announced in 2007, the formation of a higher committee for the project of the National Housing chaired by the Minister of Construction and Housing, and the membership of agents by the Minister of Finance and Planning and Municipalities and Public Works and the Under secretariat of Baghdad, in order to contain the housing crisis worsening in Iraq, the establishment of housing units built perpendicular to distribute to income earners average and below average.
    It is noteworthy that Iraq is suffering a severe housing crisis due to the growing population, relative to the number of residential complexes, in addition to the inability of citizens with limited income from the construction of its own housing units, because of the high cost of land and construction materials.
